Our newly established production facility and office complex are located in Pirna, in the Free State of Saxony, right at the edge of the stunning Saxon Switzerland National Park. With excellent transport connections, our location offers ideal conditions for growth and cooperation.

Our History
D.I.S Germany GmbH was founded in 2018 with a clear vision: to become a leader in electron and ion beam technology and high-precision manufacturing. Established by a team of experienced physicists and engineers, we set out to develop innovative, high-quality solutions for complex industrial applications. From the very beginning, our goal was to combine cutting-edge research with practical, high-precision manufacturing to create devices and systems that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Founding year for D.I.S Germany GmbH
After our successful launch, the team moved to a temporary location in Kesselsdorf, near Dresden, with 800 m2 of office and laboratory space, to accommodate our growing operations
The team continued to expand and diversify its expertise, developing an increasing range of products, including ion sources, ion optics, and complete ion irradiation and implantation systems
D.I.S Germany broke ground on the European Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Pirna, Germany. This new facility, featuring a 1850 m² office and development area and nearly 5,000 m2 of production space, has become a hub for innovation, enabling us to collaborate effectively with our partners in the United States and further strengthen our capabilities in electron and ion beam technology
D.I.S Germany moved to Pirna and has since been continuously expanding its capacity, building out production capabilities, and planning new projects to support long-term growth
