Centrally mounted on a CF100 flange and made of stainless steel, this electrostatic lens is designed to guide and focus charged particle beams. It features an Einzel lens configuration with three cylindrical electrodes, where focusing is achieved by applying a high voltage to the central electrode. Passing through this Einzel lens does not change the energy of the charged particles. It is suitable for a wide range of pressure conditions, including ultra-high vacuum environments.
