Aufgaben in unserem Unternehmen:
- Sie planen, steuern, koordinieren und überwachen die Produktionsabläufe in unserer Fertigung, teilen die Arbeitskräfte ein und disponieren die Fertigungsmittel.
- Sie kontrollieren bzw. organisieren in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsleiter neben der Personalplanung die Arbeitsleistung, die Kostenentwicklung (Budgetverantwortung) und führen Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung durch.
- Ihnen obliegt die Führung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter unseres Fertigungsbereiches.
- Auflagen der Arbeitssicherheit, des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Umweltschutzgesetze werden von Ihnen geprüft und durchgesetzt. Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen sind von Ihnen zu dokumentieren.
- Sie leiten Mitarbeiter an, fördern deren berufliche Qualifikation und sind für die Auszubildenden zuständig.
Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Metall
- Weiterbildung zum Meister
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen und in der spanabhebenden Bearbeitung, Berufserfahrung idealerweise auch als Meister
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Organisationskompetenz, soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sind teamfähig, haben ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und arbeiten engagiert und eigenverantwortlich.
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und den MS-Office Programmen
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb

Foreman for Machining (m/f/d)

Tasks in our company:
- You will plan, control, coordinate and monitor the production processes in our production, allocate the workforce and plan the production resources.
- In cooperation with the operation manager, you will control and organize work performance, cost development (budget responsibility) and carry out quality assurance measures in addition to personnel planning.
- You are responsible for managing and supervising the employees in our production area.
- You will check and enforce occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection regulations. You are responsible for documenting functional and safety tests.
- You will provide guidance to employees, promote their professional qualifications and be responsible for trainees.
Profile:
- Completed professional training as a cutting machine operator or comparable training in the metal sector
- Advanced training as a master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in the operation and programming of CNC machines and in machining, professional experience ideally also as a master craftsman
- Trusting and cooperative working style, as well as assertiveness
- Experience with ERP system and MS Office programs
- You have a high level of organizational competence, social skills and strong communication skills. You are a team player and you have a friendly, professional manner and you are committed to working independently.
