Aufgaben in unserem Unternehmen:
- Sie programmieren Koordinatenmessmaschinen (engl. CMM) zur Messung von Teilen und Komponenten entsprechend den Konstruktionsspezifikationen unter Verwendung von Softwareprogrammen.
- Sie führen routinemäßig Wartungs- und Kalibrierungsarbeiten an CMM je nach Bedarf durch.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die CMM immer mit optimaler Kapazität in Bezug auf Genauigkeit und Effizienz arbeitet.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus den Bereichen Technik, Qualitätskontrolle und Produktion
- Unterstützung bei der Suche nach Lösungen für Qualitätsprobleme.
- Sie vervollständigen die Inspektionsdokumentation und melden Unstimmigkeiten, um die Genauigkeit und Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten.
Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (in den Bereichen Metall oder Kunststoff)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als CMM-Operator.
- Fachkenntnisse in der CMM-Programmierung und im Umgang mit einschlägigen Softwareanwendungen
- Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Blaupausen und geometrischen Bemaßungs- und Toleranzsymbolen.
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Zuverlässiger Teamplayer
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Erfahrung Fehler zu erkennen und Problemlösungen zu finden.

Tasks in our company:
- Monitoring the production process
- Ensuring that all products meet uniform standards
- You will program coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to measure parts and components according to design specifications using software programs.
- You will carry out routine maintenance and calibration work on CMMs as required.
- Ensure CMM is always operating at optimum capacity in terms of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering, quality control and production teams
- Assist in finding solutions to quality issues.
- Complete inspection documentation and report discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Profile:
- Completed professional training (in the fields of metal or plastics)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a CMM operator.
- Expert knowledge of CMM programming and use of relevant software applications
- Ability to interpret blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerance symbols.
- Good communication skills
- Reliable team player
- Analytical skills and the experience to recognize errors and find solutions to problems.
