Aufgaben in unserem Unternehmen:
- Sie tragen als Teil unseres Ingenieurteams zur Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Fehler- und Ursachenfindung bei
- Sie erarbeiten Strategien, um andauernde Fehlerquellen auszuschließen
- Beiträge zur systematischen Qualitätsverbesserung
- In dieser Funktion tragen Sie die Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Produkte stets höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllen und zuverlässig funktionieren.
- Als gestandene Persönlichkeit bringen Sie Ihr ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein in das Team ein und setzen Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung sicher um.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Qualität in jeder Phase der Herstellung im Fokus bleibt und die Prozesse sich weiterentwickeln
- Erstellung von Test Reports, Analysen und Statistiken über die Qualitätsentwicklung im Unternehmen
- Erstellung von Prüfplänen, Prüfanweisungen und Prüfabläufen zur Einhaltung geforderter Qualitätsmerkmale
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Qualitätsstandards
- Einführung neuer oder veränderter Prüfverfahren
- Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Qualitätsparametern und Entscheidung über den Einsatz von Fertigungssystemen
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung projektbezogener Programme zur Qualitätssicherung
- Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern zum Thema Qualitätssicherung
- Unterstützung bei der Planung interner und externer Audits
- Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms hinsichtlich Qualität
Profil:
- abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Qualitätsmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat)
- Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen Qualitätstools
- Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige, strukturierte und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- engagierte Arbeit in einem qualifizierten, multidisziplinären, hochmotivierten Team mit vielfältigen internationalen Kontakten
- sehr gute Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks in our company:
- As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development of solutions for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- You will develop strategies to eliminate persistent sources of error
- Contribute to systematic quality improvement
- In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products always meet the highest quality standards and function reliably.
- As a seasoned personality, you will bring your strong quality awareness to the team and confidently apply your experience in quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that quality remains in focus at every stage of production and that processes evolve
- Preparation of test reports, analyses and statistics on quality development in the company
- Creation of test plans, test instructions and test procedures to ensure compliance with required quality characteristics
- Implementation and further development of existing quality standards
- Introduction of new or modified test procedures
- Helping to ensure compliance with quality parameters and deciding on the use of production systems
- Participating in the development of project-related quality assurance programs
- Instructing employees on the subject of quality assurance
- Supporting the planning of internal and external audits
- Supporting a fixed customer base with regard to quality
Profile:
- Completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable position in quality management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat)
- Experienced in the use of common quality tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Independent, careful, structured and performance-oriented way of working
- Committed work in a qualified, multidisciplinary, highly motivated team with diverse international contacts
- Very good written and spoken German and advanced English skills
