Aufgaben in unserem Unternehmen:
- Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Produkte einheitlichen Standards entsprechen
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrolltests
- Inspektion von Produkten in verschiedenen Stadien und das Verfassen von Berichten
- Dokumentation von Produktionsproblemen
- Entwicklung und Pflege des Qualitätssystems des Unternehmens und die Qualitätszertifizierungen
- Ansprechpartner für die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Qualitätsvorausplanung für Neuprojekte
- Sicherstellung der zutreffenden Anforderungen aus entsprechenden Zertifizierungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und ggf. externen Audits
- Protokollieren von Auditergebnissen, Nichtkonformitäten und Abschluss von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mittels gängiger Qualitätsmethoden
- Identifizieren und Implementieren kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
- Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards nach vorgegebenen Prozessen
- Durchführung des Reklamationsmanagements
- Erstellung von qualifizierten Reklamationsreports und entsprechende Nachverfolgung
- Unterstützung bzw. eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits
- Permanente Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsprozesse
Profil:
- abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Weiterbildung zum Techniker)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Ausbildung zum internen Auditor (ISO-Standards) wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat
- hervorragendes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
- Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit

Tasks in our company:
- Monitoring the production process
- Ensuring that all products meet uniform standards
- Development and implementation of quality control tests
- Inspecting products at various stages and writing reports
- Documentation of production problems
- Developing and maintaining the company's quality system and quality certifications
- Contact person for the further development and maintenance of the quality management system
- Advance quality planning for new projects
- Ensuring compliance with the applicable requirements from corresponding certifications
- Preparation and implementation of internal and, if necessary, external audits
- Recording audit results, non-conformities and completing improvement measures using standard quality methods
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensuring quality standards in accordance with specified processes
- Carrying out complaints management
- Creation of qualified complaint reports and corresponding follow-up
- Supporting or independently conducting quality audits
- Continuous further development of quality processes
Profile:
- Completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification (e.g. further training as a technician)
- Experience in project management desirable
- Training as an internal auditor (ISO standards) desirable
- Knowledge and experience in quality management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat)
- Excellent time and self-management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High motivation, willingness to perform, reliability, confident appearance and a convincing personality
- Independent, careful, structured and performance-oriented way of working
- Committed work in a qualified, multidisciplinary, highly motivated team with diverse international contacts
- Occasional worldwide commissioning assignments are a welcome challenge for you
- Very good written and spoken German and advanced English skills
