Aufgaben in unserem Unternehmen:
- Entwicklung Steuerungskonzepte für ionenstrahltechnische Maschinen und Anlagen und Definierung von Softwarespezifikationen
- Erstellung von SPS – Steuerungsprogramme und Visualisierungsprojekte für HMI und SCADA und Mitarbeit bei der Inbetriebnahme und beim Test von ionstrahltechnischen Anlagen mit
- Beteiligung an der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Regelungs- und Steueralgorithmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen, Bedienungsanleitungen und Beteiligung an Kundenschulungen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projektteams innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie mit Kunden und Lieferanten weltweit
Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Informatik bzw. eine anderweitig vergleichbare Qualifikation und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung sowie mit Visualisierungssystemen, z.B. mit Omron-Systemen
- Gute Kenntnisse der Mess- und Regelungstechnik
- Ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige, strukturierte und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil und weltweite Inbetriebnahme-Einsätze sind für Sie eine willkommene Herausforderung

PLC / HMI Programmer (m/f/d)
Position: Permanent
Working hours: Full-time
Place of work: Pirna

Tasks in our company:
- Development of control concepts for ion beam machines and systems and definition of software specifications
- Development of PLC control programs and visualization projects for HMI and SCADA and participation in the commissioning and testing of ion beam technology systems
- Participation in the new and further development of regulation and control algorithms in close cooperation with the development department
- Preparation of technical documentation, training documents, operating instructions and participation in customer training courses
- Cross-departmental collaboration in various project teams within the company and with customers and suppliers worldwide
Profile:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, automation technology or computer science or another comparable qualification and ideally several years of professional experience
- Experience and knowledge of PLC programming and visualization systems, e.g. Omron systems
- Good knowledge of measurement and control technology
- Strong technical understanding, a confident manner and good communication and teamwork skills
- An independent, careful, structured and performance-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage and worldwide commissioning missions are a welcome challenge for you
